    The reliable EZ30 engine paired with the 5AT transmission delivers powerful performance and exceptional smoothness. With VTD all-wheel drive and ample space, in my opinion, this is the best-looking generation of the Legacy/Outback, and it's also an excellent family car. Its large presence in the South Island signifies a solid reputation and convenient maintenance options.

    The car was sold in very good condition. It is a pleasure to drive on the road. The car was sold without band expander for the radio. I neglected to discuss this with olgo prior to purchase.

    More fuel efficient than expected. Heaps of power from 3.0 H6. Only had it 2 weeks so cannot comment on long term reliability. So far very happy with the purchase.

    The Outback is one of the nicest vehicles I have driven, certainly the nicest I have owned. They have some seriously cool features that no other car maker has done (That I have seen). Getting the upgraded stereo and a model with cruise control is certainly worth the little bit extra money. The fuel economy on the open road is crazy good for what the vehicle is. Has blown me away how well it performs. Would highly recommend an Outback to anyone who loves to get out and explore this amazing country of ours.

    Great cars, this is the third one in the family. Power when you need it, handle well, good level of kit, good sized boot, everyone can work on them, you don't have to wait for bits, reliable. Odd thing to call out specifically but the outback has an air vent in the boot which the dog values highly.
